Hmm…beautiful, and mysterious. A lovely capture. The craftsmanship has me amazed (especially around the balcony). Did you by any chance notice if the balusters were made of wood, or stone?
These are made out of the local limestone, I guess that this building is really old, sometimes the stones erode, depending I guess on how they are treated. The building beside this one looks even older, a plaque on the wall says something in Maltese and gives a date of beginning of twentieth century. Hope you are keeping well. Kind regards, Agnes
