“A human should hear a little music, read a little poetry, and see a fine picture every day of his life, in order that worldly cares may not obliterate the sense of the beautiful which God has implanted in the human soul.”

Absolutely gorgeous. Are these flowers you’ve grown yourself?

They look beautiful. Do any of them grow in the sun? There are many flowers I like, but since they like full sun and I have a really shady yard, I can’t plant them.

My garden get full sun, but it also has a lot of shaded areas and as it is rather on the small side I try and put as much a possible in sunlight, but then Ireland does not get as much sun as many other countries. I would still try and grow flowers even if you only have shade.

Oh, yes, definitely. I grow begonias, and impatiens, and coleus, which are all flowers which love shade.

That must be so beautiful, I just love begonias, yes love them all. Do you grow lily of the valley, I love it’s scent and it really likes the shade a lot.
