Today was just glorious, warm and sunny, and also wind still. It felt like a late spring day and the temperature went up to 20 degrees Celsius in the cold frame. I could not but go out and do some planting, planted out the Peas, and did some other small jobs. There is a big bunch of sweet scented Primroses flowering in an old ceramic basin. This year I am mixing flowers with the vegetables, it’s for the bees and other insects, but also for our eyes and pleasure.
I’ve put crushed egg shells around the newly planted Peas to scare away the slugs, hope that it helps.
Plenty of Borage is coming into flower.
A snail waking up after her winter sleep.
Your garden looks so beautiful and what a view you have!

Thank you Cynthia, yes we look over the little town, well part of it, and then in the distance the hills.
