This is the humble wild garlic, a most beautiful plant.
Bought this plant when a seedling as part of salad leaves tray, I planted it out and have enjoyed it all summer, I did not eat it as it has got such beautiful colours, it’s still going strong.

Experimenting with Dandelion leaves and roots, I roosted the roots and it went wrong, I burnt them 😦 but the leave dried out well. Great to use in soups and for tea too.
